Privacy notice

A short, plain description of what this website does with personal data. Last updated 13 August 2026.

What we collect

If you use the contact form we receive the name, work email, company and message you provide. That is the only personal data this site asks for.

We do not run advertising trackers, and the site sets no cookies of its own.

Performance measurement

We measure how quickly pages load and respond, using Vercel Speed Insights. It records timings together with coarse context — the page path, device type, browser, country and connection quality — so that we can find pages that are slow for real visitors.

This uses no cookies, asks for no identifier, and is not used to build a profile of you or to target advertising. Vercel processes the measurements on our behalf and we see them only in aggregate.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry and, where it leads to an engagement, to carry out the resulting contract. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, or steps taken prior to entering a contract.

Who sees it

Enquiries are delivered by email to our team. Our mail provider processes the message in transit. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Records connected to a signed engagement are retained for the period our professional and statutory obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within one month.

If you are in the EEA or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national supervisory authority.
